Located in the Folly Market on College Street, Chinwags has been a cherished part of Petersfield since its founding in 2001 by Andy & Jo Krauze. Chinwags is celebrated for its generously filled baguettes and sandwiches, a tradition we're committed to maintaining since taking over ownership. We take pride in serving high-quality, homemade food, including our array of cakes and pastries. Our location amidst various independent businesses allows us to cultivate a warm and friendly atmosphere for our valued customers.
MEET LAUREN
With 10 years of experience within the catering industry, Lauren has worked in some extraordinary places, from Chewton Glen to The Fat Duck. Her journey however started as a pot wash here at Chinwags under the wonderful management of Andy & Jo. Her love for the industry continued to grow when she discovered her passion for sweet treats, this led to her becoming a qualified pastry chef.
“I thrived working in a large team of people producing exquisite food to the highest of standards, my passion continued to grow and grow. After Covid, the industry changed, and I moved back to Petersfield to further my skills in other areas.”
